District Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Midland Community Theatre! We have a rich volunteer community with many benefits, along with and many different opportunities to grow pre-existing skills as well as obtain new ones. Simply complete and submit a volunteer application and upon approval you will receive instructions on next steps.

It is very important that the information you enter on the application matches your government issued identification card, including your full legal name, and you will need a valid social security number. It is important that you provide a valid email address so you can be notified as to the status of your application and for future communication. If you are unable to provide an email address, you must come into the Volunteer Coordinator's office at MCT and fill out an application in-person. You may be asked to pay for your background check screening, please reach out to the email below if this poses an issue.
