District Volunteer Application

Welcome to the St. Johns County School District Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with our schools! We appreciate your willingness to support our students, staff, and community.

Please complete this volunteer application to begin the approval process.

Volunteer Levels
Our district utilizes different volunteer clearance levels to help ensure student safety.

Level I Volunteer - General Volunteer
Level I volunteers may assist on campus during supervised activities such as classroom support and school events.
Level I volunteers are required to have a completed application and successful background screening.

Level II Volunteer
Volunteers interested in participating in Level II activities - driving or chaperoning students on an overnight field study or activity, including athletics – are required to fulfill Level I requirements and complete the steps below.

1. Complete the required Clearinghouse Request for Information Form and Privacy Policy Forms for School Volunteers and FAX, mail or deliver them to the Volunteer Services Department.
2. Complete an ACHA Clearinghouse background check and fingerprinting, if you are not already registered within the Clearinghouse.

Please note that Level II volunteer approval cannot be granted until all steps have been successfully completed.
