Volunteers & Vendors

Thank you for supporting First Academy-Leesburg! Volunteer opportunities include student-facing roles (coaching, chaperoning) and non-student-facing roles (scoreboard operator, football chains, clock operator, admissions, setup/cleanup, announcer, line judge, libero tracker, GameChanger operator, music operator, ball runner).

General Volunteers:

Submit an application with a signed Privacy Policy. [Right-click here to open the Privacy Policy in a new window.]
Complete volunteer training ($8).
Pay the $80 fingerprinting fee (payment link sent after application submission).
Schedule a Level 2 background check. Fingerprinting is completed on campus.

If you are already approved through the Florida Clearinghouse, fingerprinting and the $80 fee may be waived. Visit info.flclearinghouse.com and contact operations@faleesburg.com for verification.

Athletic Volunteers: Submit an application, complete training ($8), and check in through Raptor before events during school hours.

Vendors: Submit an application with a signed Privacy Policy and current COI, pay the $80 fingerprinting fee (unless Clearinghouse eligible), and complete a Level 2 background check on campus.

📅 Once we receive your payment and certificate, we’ll contact you to schedule your fingerprinting appointment at our office.

🕒 After fingerprinting, please allow 5–7 business days for the background check to process.
