District Volunteer Application

Thank you for volunteering with the Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District! Volunteers truly make a difference in the lives of our students and in their learning. To ensure student safety and comply with state law, all volunteers must complete the following 3-step process at least 3 weeks before volunteering. These steps must be completed every school year. You must complete ALL the steps of the process before you can volunteer in ANY capacity in our district.

Step 1: Complete this volunteer application (You click the "next" button at the bottom)

Double-check your Social Security Number to avoid processing delays or denials due to insufficient data.

Processing can take up to 2 weeks. You will receive an email from Raptor once approved.

Step 2: Boundary Invasions Training

Watch the Boundary Invasions Training (you may skip any initial ads).

Step 3: Verification Form

Fill out the google form to confirm you completed the training and agree to not take pictures or videos while volunteering.

Be sure to select all school buildings where you plan to volunteer.

Your completion in both systems must be verified before you are cleared to volunteer.
