Special Events: Volunteers contribute time to programs that provide support and resources for all events for OYC and Honey Shine needs. This could include assisting with decorating, organizing family-friendly events and activities, providing break down & set up assistance, registration, greeting, escorting, stuffing bags, to help OYC STAFF navigate challenges and eliminate last minute execution. As well as providing excellent customer service for all those we serve at each event . Back to School Summer Jam/ Book Bag Drive, OYC Show Case's, Senior Banquet, Thanksgiving Drive, circle of influence, Hat's Off, Holiday celebration, ZO'S Hoop Law golf tournament

Educational Programs: Volunteers contribute to in-school and after-school programs aimed at empowering and supporting youth in the community. This may involve mentoring, tutoring, leading recreational activities, or organizing educational workshops to help young people develop essential skills and achieve their goals.( College tour, Super Saturday, Homework assistance, Mentoring Monday, Literacy Wednesdays, College and Career Readiness

Health and Wellness Initiatives: Volunteers participate in health and wellness programs offered by OYC Miami to promote physical and mental well-being in the community. This might involve organizing fitness classes, leading health education workshops, facilitating support groups, or assisting in health screenings and outreach efforts to ensure access to healthcare services. Wellness Wednesdays

Economic Sustainability: Volunteers assist in providing educational and career development opportunities for adults in the community. This could include offering job training workshops, resume building assistance, interview preparation sessions, or facilitating classes on financial literacy and entrepreneurship to help adults enhance their skills and pursue meaningful career paths. (OYC College and Career Internship, Workforce, BYOB, Workshops)
