District Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering in Lakewood School District! We’re excited about the possibility of having you join our Volunteer Program. There are many different ways you can get involved, and we encourage you to explore the various activities that fit your interests.

A few important things to remember

Please ensure that the information you provide on the application matches your government-issued ID, including your full legal name.
Make sure to include a valid email address so we can keep you updated on the status of your application and communicate with you in the future.
Prior to submitting your application, all potential volunteers must attest to having read the volunteer handbook and review/agree to associated Lakewood School District policies.
Rest assured that all the information you provide will be kept confidential and only used for the volunteer program.
