District Volunteer/Contractor Application

Welcome! We are thrilled that you are interested in volunteering for the District Volunteer Program! Our district offers a variety of activities you can choose from when donating your time. Simply complete and submit a volunteer application, and once approved, you will receive instructions on the next steps.

It is very important that the information you enter on the application matches your government-issued identification, including your full legal name. Please provide a valid email address so you can be notified about the status of your application and for future communication. The same email address cannot be used for multiple applications. If you are unable to provide an email address, you will need to create one.

You will be required to review the Abuve and Sexual Codnuct Information and Reporting Requirements, and acknowledge that

The information you provide will be used to conduct a background check and determine your eligibility to volunteer. The average review and approval process can take up to seven (7) business days from when Human Resources submits your background check request. Please note that there are times when it may take longer, and these delays are beyond the control of Human Resources.

All information collected in the application will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the volunteer program. We are excited that you want to join us and contribute to our community! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
