WVCS requires the following documents to authorize volunteer clearance.
Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required at the time of submission for most WVCS volunteer opportunities)
Volunteer/Chaperone Agreement
WVCS Statement of Faith
The Chaperone/Volunteer Agreement and WVCS Statement of Faith will be linked and emailed at the end of the application (https://wvchristianschool.org/volunteer). Your application will not be approved until WVCS receives a completed application, an online acknowledgment of the Volunteer/Chaperone Agreement, and a WVCS Statement of Faith.
You will be notified via email when your application is approved.
