District Volunteer Application

We appreciate your interest in volunteering at West Valley Christian School. Our school offers a variety of activities you may choose from when volunteering your time. Complete and submit a volunteer application, and upon approval, you will receive instructions on the next steps.

The information you enter on the application must match your government-issued identification card, including your full legal name. You must provide a valid email address so you can be notified of the status of your application and for future communication. All information collected on the application will remain confidential and not be shared outside the volunteer program.

WVCS requires the following documents to authorize volunteer clearance.

Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required at the time of submission for most WVCS volunteer opportunities)

Volunteer/Chaperone Agreement

WVCS Statement of Faith

The Chaperone/Volunteer Agreement and WVCS Statement of Faith will be linked and emailed at the end of the application (https://wvchristianschool.org/volunteer). Your application will not be approved until WVCS receives a completed application, an online acknowledgment of the Volunteer/Chaperone Agreement, and a WVCS Statement of Faith.
