Dear Arma Dei Academy Volunteer,
Welcome to the Raptor volunteer application process! Arma Dei Academy takes the responsibility of student safety seriously, and we are also mindful of the many hours spent by parents, like you, volunteering your time for the benefit of our students. In order to effectively monitor personnel and organize our volunteer base, we utilize to Raptor Technologies for their expertise in both areas.
In order to volunteer at Arma Dei Academy, we ask that you annuallycomplete the following application, background check, and use the Raptor interface for volunteering coordination. Once your application is submitted and approved, you will receive instructions on next steps. It is very important that the information you enter on the application matches your government-issued identification card, including your full legal name. It is important that you provide a valid email address so you can be notified as to the status of your application and for future communication. All information collected on the application will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the volunteer program.
If you have any questions about the application, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

And whatever you do, in word or deed do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
Thank you for selecting ‘Chaperone (Driver)’! We are blessed with a community of parents that are able to help us transport our students to off-campus events. In order to be approved as a ‘Chaperone (Driver)’ we require an annual DMV check as well as the need to have a current copy of your Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card on file. Please upload these two items below.
We will contact you in a separate email to begin the DMV check once we receive and review your documents and your background check results.
PARENT VOLUNTEER AFFIRMATION
July 1, 2018
At Arma Dei Academy our mission is to glorify God by providing an excellent classical Christian education founded upon a biblical worldview that equips students to live purposefully and intelligently in service to God an others. To this end, parent volunteers are a select and instrumental group coming together to empower and aid the academy in the pursuit of its Mission, Vision, Values and Goals. Each volunteer brings unique abilities and skills that enable the academy to have greater influence and impact for the glory of God. Your service is greatly appreciated and the academy is honored to have you as a part of our learning community.
The relationship between the volunteers and the staff at the academy is one of mutual support and encouragement in a true team effort. It is truly a labor of love and cooperation toward a common, God honoring, good work.
