Raptor Volunteer Registration for Strake Jesuit

Thank you for volunteering at Strake Jesuit. Registration should take approximately five minutes to complete. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email confirmation.

To complete registration, you will need (1) your Social Security number, and (2) a PDF of your CMG Training Certificate to upload. It is very important that the information you enter on the application matches your government issued identification, including your full legal name.

All information collected in this application will be kept confidential and used only for the volunteer verification process.
