District Volunteer Application

Welcome to the Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) Volunteer Program. Thank you for your interest in supporting the students, staff and schools of CCISD.

Clear Creek ISD welcomes and appreciates the invaluable support of volunteers in our classrooms, libraries, cafeterias and workrooms, as well as motivational mentors to encourage students in need of a supportive adult. The CCISD Volunteer Program offers a myriad of opportunities for parents, businesses, community organizations and civic groups to have a direct impact on the success of our students.

In order to begin volunteering in CCISD schools, you will need to complete the following application. Once approved, you will receive an email notification. For the safety and security of our students and staff, CCISD conducts criminal background checks on all prospective volunteers. Please be aware that volunteers may not record video or audio, or take photographs or other still images, without prior permission from the campus principal or other district official.

I understand that Clear Creek ISD is not liable for any accidental injury or illness suffered by me or a third party as a result of my volunteer activities. I understand that Clear Creek ISD will not be responsible for any claims made by third parties as a result of my volunteer activities.

I have reviewed Clear Creek ISD’s Standard Response Protocol, linked here, so that in the event of an emergency or incident while volunteering on a campus, I am familiar with District terminology and procedures.

I understand JD Palatine LLC may contact me via email if there are any hits when the background check is conducted and provide me with instructions on how to proceed.

I authorize the Clear Creek Independent School District to obtain copies of any information pertaining to any criminal history record maintained by any law enforcement agency, criminal justice agency, or consumer reporting agency, and use the information only for the purpose of evaluating my application to volunteer in the District. I understand by submitting this volunteer application that I give CCISD permission to conduct a criminal history record check in accordance with Board Policy GKG(LOCAL).
