District Volunteer Application

Colorado Military Academy appreciates your interest in volunteering! Our school offers a variety of activities you may choose from when volunteering your time. Simply complete and submit a volunteer application and, upon approval, you will receive instructions on next steps.

It is very important that the information you enter on the application matches your government issued identification card, including your full legal name. It is also important that you provide a valid email address to be notified about your application status and for future communication. If you are unable to provide an email address, use volunteer@cmacs.org. All information collected on the application will remain confidential. CMA will never share your information outside of its volunteer program.

All volunteers at Colorado Military are required to pass a criminal background check. A background check fee is associated with all of our volunteer opportunities. Some volunteer opportunities, e.g. overnight field trip chaperones, may require additional background check fees.

Again, background check fees may vary depending on the activities selected. Payment is necessary to complete your volunteer application.
