To ensure a safe and positive environment, all who volunteer among students must submit an application, undergo a criminal background check, and review our Volunteer Handbook and Orientation before they begin. Please allow up to two weeks for your application to process. Once you are approved, you will receive an email with next steps.
Volunteers are generally defined as someone 18 years or older (parent or other) who is providing direct support to teachers, staff, admin, or a class within St. Louis Park Public Schools. A volunteer application is not required for visitors (ie. lunch visits, event attendees, guest speakers), roles without student interaction, or activities that are not directly supervised by our school district. Reach out to the number below if you are unsure whether you should fill out this application.
