Waller ISD Volunteer Application

We are pleased that you are interested in becoming a Volunteer in Public Schools (VIPS) at Waller ISD. Volunteers participating in Waller ISD make a valuable contribution to the education of our students. To finish the VIPS process, simply complete and submit this volunteer application. Make sure you have viewed the VIPS Orientation video in its entirety and that you have submitted the VIPS Orientation Confirmation form before continuing.

It is very important that the information you enter on the application matches your government issued identification card including your full legal name. It is also important that you provide a valid email address so you can be notified of the status of your application and for future communication. By submitting this application, you are agreeing to the Volunteer Code of Conduct and the Volunteer Confidentiality Oath. Within this online application, you will be required to download, fill out and upload the Background Check Authorization Form to provide your social security number so that a criminal background check can be performed. Understand that by submitting the VIPS Online Application, you are authorizing Waller ISD to run a background check. All information collected on the application will remain confidential and not be shared outside the volunteer program.

NOTE: The Background Check Authorization Form must be uploaded before submitting the application. We highly recommend that you download the form to your computer, fill it out, and save it now before continuing.

PLEASE BE AWARE: If you do not have the completed form ready to upload when you reach the "Documents" section of the application, and you navigate away from the page to download it, you will lose your progress and will have to restart the entire VIPS application. It is crucial to have the form saved and ready to upload to avoid losing your work.
