Whitehouse ISD Volunteer Application

Whitehouse ISD is committed to providing students, staff, and visitors with a safe environment. Due to increased Safety Requirements for school districts issued by the State of Texas, Whitehouse ISD has switched to a new Emergency Management Platform for Volunteer Applications and the background check required for volunteers. Our district offers a variety of activities for family members, community members, and business partners to choose from when volunteering. Complete and submit a volunteer application, and upon approval, you will receive instructions on the next steps.

PLEASE NOTE:

The name on your application MUST match your government-issued identification card, including your full legal name.
Current WISD employees and substitutes are not required to complete the volunteer background check.
Once approved, volunteers are cleared for one (1) calendar year from the approval date.
Provide a valid email address to be notified of the status of your application and for future communication.
All information collected on the application will remain confidential within the volunteer program, and we ask that you not discuss your results with campus staff members.
Third-Party Vendor Notice:
- WISD contracts with Raptor, a third-party vendor, to complete a criminal history check on volunteers.
- An authorization and content form is included in the application.
