Important Please Read:
If you have previously submitted an online volunteer application within the 2024-2025 school year you DO NOT NEED to complete this application again. If you have students at multiple campuses, make sure to select each campus you might volunteer at throughout the current school year. Please understand that sometimes it can take up to 14 days for volunteer applications to process through the Raptor System.
Please check with your student's campus if you have questions regarding your approval status. Campus offices have the approved lists for their specific campus only.
If you have questions regarding the online volunteer application, please email Monica Rojas at mrojas@ems-isd.net.
Please note that all 2024-2025 Approved Volunteer Statuses will expire on June 27, 2025. You will need to reapply for the 2025-2026 school year beginning July 7, 2025.
Dear Volunteer,
We are glad you have chosen to become a volunteer with Eagle Mountain- Saginaw I.S.D. Strong parental support is very important to the success of our children and our schools. We value the support and assistance we receive from our dedicated school volunteers. The safety of our students is a top priority and background check requirements are not intended to hinder volunteers from helping, but rather to reassure parents and staff that EMS ISD has been diligent in screening volunteers for work with or around students. Volunteers to a campus must report to the main office. Volunteers who desire to establish a regular presence in District schools and interact with students shall consent to a criminal background check. Each day of volunteer service you must have your driver’s license scanned at the school office. Each campus can check you in as a volunteer. Working together, teachers and volunteers can provide students with more one-on-one attention while serving as positive role models.
