We appreciate your interest in becoming a volunteer in the Raytown C-2 School School District.
Please carefully read the volunteer Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) before starting your application.
It is very important that the information you enter on the application matches your government issued identification card including your full legal name (no nicknames).
Volunteers will be required to upload a copy of their valid government issued identification card as well as a completed Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR) form (click the link to access). The FCSR form can be completed and uploaded to the application or emailed to Volunteer Secretary, Phyllis Smith at firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is important that you provide a valid email address so you can be notified as to the status of your application and for future communication.
All information collected on the application will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the volunteer program.
Upon approval, you will receive instructions on next steps.

There are two levels of volunteer opportunities available in the Raytown C-2 School District:
Only select one function to reflect your highest level of involvement in the school.
1. Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR) form: You should complete all fields, print, sign, date, and scan and upload to your application.
2. State Issued Driver's License: Please scan and upload a copy of your state issued Driver License or Nondriver License.
By providing your signature, you are agreeing to abide by the rules and regulations of Raytown C-2 School District Board of Education policies and the District's volunteer program. One or more of the volunteer activities you have selected may require you to provide your United States social security number so we can perform a criminal background check. Your social security number will only be used for this purpose and we do not retain this information.
