District Raptor Application

Welcome to the Norwin School District!  We appreciate your interest in volunteering/working in our district. Volunteers, substitutes, coaches, athletic support staff, and all support staff play a vital role in supporting our students, staff, and programs. We greatly value the assistance provided by our volunteers and employees in order to fulfill our district mission and strategic plan. Our district offers a variety of activities you may choose from during your application. Simply complete and submit your application (including clearances) and upon approval you will receive instructions on the next steps.

Please use a laptop or desktop computer to complete your application and upload documents.  Using a tablet or mobile device may result in an incomplete application.

It is very important that the information you enter on the application matches your government-issued identification card including your full legal name. It is important that you provide a valid email address so you can be notified as to the status of your application and for future communication. All information collected on the application will remain confidential and not be shared outside the program.

Prior to beginning the application process, please have all of your clearances ready to upload.

Please note: if the Act 168 Form is a requirement for your role (Employees and Board Approved Volunteers), please complete, sign & date Section 1 and upload if the option is available to you, or email to doyle.maria@norwinsd.org. I will then send it to the employer listed, for completion of Section 2. An Act 168 must be completed for all past employers where you worked directly with children and/or a CURRENT employer (NOT including Norwin) regardless of working with children.

If you have any questions about the application, please contact me at 724-861-3027 or doyle.maria@norwinsd.org.

Thank you,

Maria Doyle
