Level 2 volunteers are individuals who have completed fingerprint-based background checks (review of criminal history record) and are authorized to work in a voluntary capacity in unsupervised settings with students. To be eligible, a Level 2 Volunteer must complete Level 2 background screening and fingerprinting and must receive approval from the school district. The school district reserves the right to deny volunteer admittance into a school for any reason.

If you are willing to supervise students WITH AND WITHOUT the supervision of a Lake County Schools employee, select the 'Level 1 & 2' function option.
If you are willing to supervise students ONLY WITH the supervision of a Lake County Schools employee, select the 'Level 1' function option.
