District Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Liberty Hill Independent School District.

Please complete the volunteer application and submit all information requested. It is important that the information you enter on the application matches your government issued identification card including your full legal name. The background check will be completed within 2-3 business days. All information collected on the application will remain confidential and not be shared outside the volunteer program. Once approved, communication will be sent to the email provided in the application.

To begin volunteering at the campus level, contact any one of the campus receptionists.

As part of standard school safety practices, all volunteers and visitors to Liberty Hill ISD campuses must provide a photo ID each time they visit a campus.

I understand that as a program requirement, all volunteers must consent to have background checks completed prior to approval for volunteer services. Anyone whose record indicates a felony or misdemeanor conviction in an area that causes concern for the safety and well-being of children and families will not be accepted as a volunteer.

LHISD is authorized by state law to obtain criminal history record information on individuals who intend to serve as volunteers for the district (Texas Education Code 22.083) Your personal information as well as your criminal history record results are strictly confidential. The background check is conducted at Central Office.
