-In the course of my volunteer time with the Cypress School District I may become aware of confidential information about specific students, which may include information such as students' academic performance, behavior, health, disabilities, and related matters, and I agree that I will not disclose such confidential information.

-I must comply with all directions from school administrators and staff while serving as a volunteer and that my authorization to serve as a volunteer may be terminated at the discretion of the Superintendent or school principal at any time if they determine that it is in the best interest of the school or students.

-Volunteers are not compensated, and I may only provide assistance under the direction and supervision of a staff member.

-All volunteering must be prearranged with a staff member or PTA in order to sign in at the kiosk as a volunteer.
