Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Kettle Moraine School District!
Volunteers play a vital role in supporting our students and staff across a variety of settings—including classrooms, libraries, cafeterias, offices, field trips, and other district events. We value your time and commitment to our community. Confidentiality and student safety are of utmost importance in our schools, all registered volunteers are required to review and agree to the following expectations:
- Confidentiality: As a volunteer, you are expected to:
* Maintain confidentiality regarding students and staff. This includes any information about health, behavior, academic performance, or school records.
* If you have a concern about something you see or hear, please speak directly with a teacher or building administrator who can help address the situation appropriately.
- Safety: To help ensure a safe and secure environment for all:
* Sign in at the main office and wear your designated volunteer badge at all times while on school grounds.
* If you see an adult in the building without a badge, kindly direct them to the office to sign in, or notify school district staff to address the individual.
** Please note that failure to follow these expectations may result in the loss of volunteer privileges.
- Acknowledgment:
* By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to follow the confidentiality and safety guidelines outlined above as a registered volunteer with the Kettle Moraine School District. I understand that noncompliance may result in my removal from the volunteer program. A "Registered Volunteer" is defined as an individual who provides services to the District and has successfully completed the volunteer registration process. Registered volunteers are not employees of the District.
- Disclosure and Non-Discrimination:
* As part of the registration process, the District collects basic information from all prospective volunteers. Your responses will be kept confidential and will not automatically disqualify you.
