Thank you for your interest in volunteering at our Orange Unified School District sites. Your generous and caring support plays a crucial role in helping us meet the individual needs of each student.

Please ensure that the information you provide on the application matches your government-issued identification, including your full legal name. All information collected will remain confidential and will be used solely for the volunteer program.

Before you begin the volunteer application process, please have the following documents ready to upload:

A copy of your valid ID.
Completed Keenan SafeSchool’s Training certificates for Mandated Reporter and Illness & Injury Prevention Program. Access the trainings at: https://orangeusd-keenan.safeschools.com/register/f75a9822 (please note your username for future access via https://orangeusd-keenan.safeschools.com/ )
TB clearance (only required if volunteering five or more hours per week).

If you plan to volunteer for five or more hours per week, you will also need to complete the Live Scan/Fingerprint Background Check. Once your application is submitted, the Human Resources Department will email you further instructions regarding this process.
