ECS District Volunteer Application

It is very important that the information you enter on the application matches your government-issued identification card including your full legal name. It is also important that you provide a valid email address so that you can be notified as to the status of your application and for future communications. If you do not have an active and valid email address, please utilize our support email address, raptor.management@ecspgh.org so that we can reach out to you in an alternative way. All information collected on the application will remain confidential and not be shared outside of our district.

Following submission, you will be notified once your application is received and in the review process. Following, you will be notified in 30-60 days as to the status of your volunteer approval. If you have any questions about the application or the volunteer process, please refer to the family portal on our website ecspgh.org or email raptor.management@ecspgh.org with "support:(insert name)" in the subject line.

We appreciate your interest in volunteering at the Environmental Charter School (ECS). ECS values our parent, family, and community volunteers that dedicate their time to ensure our students and staff receive much-needed assistance throughout our district. Our district offers a variety of activities and opportunities you may choose from when volunteering your time. Due to PA law, all volunteers must obtain three clearances.

ECS follows PA State Law requiring school volunteers to have the following clearances:

**Pennsylvania State Criminal Record Clearance (Act 34)

**Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)

**FBI Criminal History Clearance (Act 114)
