Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Splendora ISD! The safety and security of our students and staff are our top priority. To support a safe learning environment, all volunteers are required to complete a background check and a new volunteer application each school year.

Important Deadlines:

Volunteer applications must be submitted by April 30 for the current school year and will expire on July 31.

Background Check Information:

Parents and community members who wish to volunteer in our school district or accompany a student on a field trip must complete a Volunteer Application and undergo a Criminal Background Check annually.

Applicants will be required to provide their Social Security number to facilitate the background check process. This information must match your government-issued ID, including your full legal name. Entering incorrect information will delay the processing of your application. Your Social Security number is used solely for the background check and is not stored or retained by the district.

IMPORTANT: If you do not have a Social Security number, please contact your campus receptionist for assistance. You will need to complete a paper application and provide a government-issued photo ID.

Importance of a Valid Email:

A valid email address is required to receive updates about your application status and future volunteer opportunities. We may share your contact information with the campus PTO or Booster Club board members so they can contact you directly.
