By providing your signature, you are agreeing to abide by the rules and regulations of the District Volunteer Program. You are also agreeing to abide by all District rules, policies and procedures, and in particular, School Board Policy, #916, Volunteers. As a Volunteer, you agree to maintain the privacy of students, serve as a role model for students by demonstrating appropriate behavior, maintaining appropriate boundaries, and promptly communicating any concerns regarding the health or well-being of a student to a designated staff member, among the other expectations outlined by the District rules, policies, and procedures. The Council Rock School District reserves the right to remove active volunteer status at its discretion. Additionally, you agree that all the information you provided is accurate and correct. Finally, you agree that if you become an approved volunteer and then are convicted of an offense that would constitute grounds for denying further participation as a school volunteer, you must provide the Council Rock School District with written notice not later than 72 hours after the arrest, conviction, or notification that you have been listed as a perpetrator of child abuse in the statewide database.
