We appreciate your interest in volunteering in the Lower Merion School District. Volunteers play a vital role in supporting our students, staff and programs. We greatly value our volunteers' assistance in fulfilling our District mission and strategic plan. Simply complete and submit a volunteer application. Once your application is approved, you will receive instructions on next steps.
Please use a laptop or desktop computer to fill out your application and upload documents. Using a tablet or mobile device may result in an incomplete application.
It is very important that the information you enter on the application matches your government issued identification card including your full legal name. It is important that you provide a valid email address so you can be notified as to the status of your application and for future communication. If you are unable to provide an email address, you will have to bring your clearance documents into the District Administration Building in person on Tuesdays between 8:30 a.m. and noon or Thursdays between 12:30 and 4:30 p.m. All information collected on the application will remain confidential and not be shared outside the volunteer program.
If you are a new volunteer, please have all of your clearances ready to upload prior to beginning the application process.
Also, please use Safari or Explorer as your web browser to access the application. Using Chrome may result in your documents not uploading properly.
NOTE: If you are renewing your Raptor application, when you apply, you must do so as a NEW VOLUNTEER and upload NEW CLEARANCE DOCUMENTS. Do NOT check "clearances already on file."
