AESD Future Volunteer,
We appreciate your interest in volunteering for the AESD Volunteer Program. Our district offers a two-tiered volunteer system. The minimum requirements for each tier are as follows:
**Tier 1 is defined as assisting school staff with various activities.**
**Tier 2 requires TB test, fingerprinting, government ID, and approval by your School Principal. Tier 2 is defined as assisting school staff and having frequent and prolonged contact with students. **
Tier 2 volunteers require the TB and fingerprint clearance.
It is very important that the information you enter on the application matches your government-issued identification card including your full legal name. It is important that you provide a valid email address so you can be notified as to the status of your application and for future communication. All information collected on the application will remain confidential and not be shared outside the volunteer program.
Please have your documents available at the time of application and allow about 10-15 minutes for completion. THIS APPLICATION WILL NOT SAVE IF NOT COMPLETED IN ONE SETTING.
