Mandated Reporter Training

TB Test Documentation

Tier 2 volunteers are also required to provide documentation of a valid TB test. TB tests are valid for four years, so volunteers do not need to complete a new test each year. Please keep a copy of your current TB test documentation with your personal medical records so you can provide it annually as part of the volunteer clearance process.

For the 2026–27 school year: Returning Tier 2 volunteers do not need to submit TB test documentation.
