ASPS Volunteer Application

We appreciate your interest in volunteering in the Alachua County Public Schools. Please complete the volunteer application and submit all information requested. All personal data submitted by applicants is confidential and managed through Raptor Technologies secure server. It is very important that the information you enter on the application matches your government issued identification card including your full legal name. It is important that you provide a valid email address so you can be notified as to the status of your application and for future communication.

You are required to complete a new application each year. As part of standard safety practices, all volunteers and visitors must provide a photo ID each time they visit an Alachua County Public School or facility. A national check of the sexual predator registries is completed each time a volunteer checks into our facilities. Other criminal history websites are checked as warranted. Please answer all legal questions completely and honestly to insure that you will be eligible to volunteer. 

TIPS FOR COMPLETING THE APPLICATION:

*Enter your full name and address as it appears on your driver's license.

*Raptor does not work well in all browsers. Use Explorer or Firefox for the best results.

*Make sure you scroll down to the end of each section of the application to complete all requested information.

*Do not use autofill to enter your information.

*Please choose only the schools you would like to volunteer in. DO NOT check "All Buildings!

*Raptor will only take one email address. Each application must have a different email address.
