We appreciate your interest in volunteering for Wilson County Schools. To be considered, simply complete and submit a volunteer application. Once submitted, you will receive an email from RAPTOR stating your application has been received. At that point, your application will be under review. Please know it could take up to, and possibly beyond, one week for your application to be approved. Once the review is complete, you will receive an email from Raptor with your approval status.
It is very important that the information you enter on the application matches your government issued identification card (ex. social security card), including your full legal name. It is important that you provide a valid email address so you can be notified as to the status of your application and for future communication. An email address is a required component of this process. All information collected on the application will remain confidential and it will not be shared outside of the volunteer program.
Please note, if an application is not complete, or if an applicant fails to provide information as requested, the application will expire fourteen (14) days from the date the application was filed. At that point the applicant would be required to reapply.
