District Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest to volunteer. Our district offers a variety of activities you may choose from when volunteering your time.

Before you begin please be sure to have all of your clearances and information ready for upload, as the system will not save your information. All three clearances must be submitted at the same time and only FBI Clearances through the Department of Human Services will be accepted. It is very important that the information you enter on the application matches your government issued identification card including your full legal name. It is also important that you provide a valid email address so you can be notified of your application status, as well as future communication. Failure to adhere may result in a processing delay. All information collected on the application will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the volunteer program.

You will be notified once your application is received and in the review process. Following, you will be notified in 30-60 days as to the status of your volunteer approval.

Requests to expedite approvals will no longer be granted.
