All personal data submitted by applicants is confidential. Including a valid email address so that you can be notified as to the status of your application and for future communication is very important. As part of standard school safety practices, all volunteers and visitors must provide a photo ID each time they visit any Pine Tree campus or facility. For assistance with your volunteer application, please visit the campus where you wish to volunteer.

Volunteer Code of Conduct

As a Pine Tree ISD volunteer, I agree to the following:

*I will complete and submit a Volunteer Application each new school year as required.

*I will sign in and out at the front office each visit.

*I will wear my Raptor volunteer name badge at all times while on campus.

*I will maintain confidentiality of all student, school or classroom information.

*I will share with the teacher any concerns related to student welfare or safety.

*I will not be responsible for discipline of a student.

*I will dress and act appropriately in my role as volunteer.

*I agree to partner and do what is in the best interest of the student.

*I agree to follow the Volunteer Code of Conduct at all times.

I understand volunteering is an integral part of Pine Tree ISD and as an effective volunteer, I make a commitment to support the district with time, talent and professionalism. I understand it is important to keep my efforts consistent to help support the progress of a student, project or special event. I appreciate and recognize when I assist with, support and attend school events, Pine Tree ISD becomes a stronger district with greater ties in our community.

Pine Tree ISD has implemented the Standard Response Protocol (SRP) to assist in practicing safe and secure schools. The SRP developed the following five actions to practice during an emergency or crisis.
