We appreciate your interest in volunteering with West Aurora School District 129. Our volunteers play an important role in supporting our students, staff, and schools.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN — PLEASE STOP AND COMPLETE THE REQUIRED TRAINING

Mandated Reporter Training

Open your internet browser and type the following web address into the

address/search bar to access the required training:

https://mandatedreporter.dcfs.illinois.gov/en/index-man

At the end of the training, save or download your completion certificate to your device.
Once you have saved your certificate, return to this page and begin the volunteer registration form.
During the registration process, you will be prompted to upload your Mandated Reporter Training certificate. You will need this certificate to complete your application.

Completing Your Volunteer Registration

Please make sure all information entered on the registration form matches your government-issued identification, including your full legal name.

You must also provide a valid email address so we can notify you of your application status and communicate important volunteer information. Information collected through the volunteer registration process will remain confidential and will only be used for purposes related to the District's volunteer and visitor management process.

After your registration has been submitted and approved, you will receive information regarding any additional steps required before volunteering.
